I got the Farmer’s Scramble: Curried tofu scramble with potatoes, sausage, daiya cheddar cheese, sausage gravy, and side of steamed kale.
Sam got the Veggie Scramble: tofu mixed with sauteed onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, & green peppers with kale & buttered toast!
