Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies!
I just made these for a good ol’ family dinner at Ethan and Kalle Lucks house tonight!
1 cup flour (I use whole wheat)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup of vegan chocolate chips/chunks or carob chips
3/4 chopped nuts of your choice 9pecans, walnuts, or slivered almonds are great!)
3/4 agave syrup ( maple or regular sugar syrup works too)
1/2 cup oil (I use EVOO or Canola)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of real vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of water (or any kind of vegan milk: almond/soy/rice/etc)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients together (all except chocolate and nuts). Add the wet ingredients to mix and combine all. Stir in the chocolate and walnuts.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 mins.And there ya go! Enjoy :)
