My latest obsession? THESE Vegan Blueberry Muffins from Whole Foods Market.  I can’t stop eating them. And I can’t seem to make a muffin that’s even CLOSE to these. I swear, if anyone out there works at Whole Foods, or has a friend who does, and can get me the exact recipe for these vegan babies, I’ll marry you. And make you muffins.
